The following are based on the RIAI Work Stages for architectural projects. This is considered to be baseline information from which the design can be developed.

The timescale for any project is based on a number of factors, some of which are outside the direct control of the Architect. The Architects Fees are based on a fixed fee of the proposed work. The Architects Fees for the project are staged and a proportion of the fees are due on completion of each work stage.

The Client, Local Authority, Third Party Objectors, Contractor, Weather, Strikes, Financial problems etc, can result in delays to the program of works. The following are the five work stages proposed for a project.

The size of any home is based directly on the size of the brief and the cost of construction. We are able to work with budgets of any size, lower and higher rates of construction are possible. The following are the five work stages proposed for a project.
